EIGHTH GASTRONOMIC DAYS FROM FRICANDÓ TO MATARÓ
From November 19 to December 5.

This year, a total of 7 restaurants are taking part that will delight in this dish, and that between November 19 and December 5 will offer customers the chance to taste the fricandó that Espriu liked so much. Leaflets have been published with the recipe for the dish. You can find more information on the Guild’s website , www.gremihostaleria.com.
